Texas Starts To Recover From Hurricane Harvey

Authorities in Texas are continuing their rescue efforts, plucking people from the floodwaters — at least 2,000 so far, according to Police Chief Art Acevedo. On Monday, Houston-area reservoirs overwhelmed by Harvey gushed water as authorities sought to release pressure on two dams that were at risk of failing from the immense floodwaters that have filled the city.
